Collection: Paintings Reimagined

“Paintings reimagined,” is a concept curated by Lahjtna for their collection that encompasses reconstructing the narrative of various existing western paintings by visionary painters such as Caravaggio, Fragonard and John Singer Sargent. The narrative is reconceptualized from Western idealism into Middle Eastern ones. This collection briefly touches on the notion of escapism, whilist also talking about the current global circumstances.
